Overview

CNC milling is a subtractive manufacturing process that uses computer-controlled rotary cutting tools to remove material from a solid workpiece. Our advanced 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC milling centers deliver tight tolerances and excellent surface finishes for complex geometries.

We machine aluminum, copper, zinc, magnesium, titanium, and steel alloys — from one-off prototypes to production runs of 10,000+ units. Our engineering team reviews every design for manufacturability before production begins.

Dedicated deburring, cleaning, inspection, and surface finishing stations. Every part passes through quality checkpoints before shipping.

Swiss-Type Turning

Swiss-type (sliding headstock) CNC lathes excel at producing small-diameter, long, and slender precision parts. The guide bushing supports the workpiece close to the cutting tool, minimizing deflection and enabling exceptional accuracy on miniature components — ideal for medical devices, electronics, watchmaking, and micro-mechanics.

Turn-Mill Capability

Our CNC turn-mill centers combine turning, milling, drilling, and tapping in a single machine — producing complex multi-feature parts without transferring between operations. This reduces cumulative tolerance stack-up, shortens lead times, and delivers superior concentricity on parts requiring both rotational and prismatic features.

Frequently Asked Questions

What materials can you CNC machine?

We machine aluminum (6061, 7075, 5052, 2024), copper (C110), brass (C360), stainless steel (304, 316, 303), carbon steel (1018, 1045, 4140), titanium (Grade 2, Grade 5), magnesium (AZ31B, AZ91D), and zinc alloys.

What is your maximum part size?

Our largest machining envelope is 1,000 × 600 × 500 mm. For Swiss-type turning, we handle diameters from ∅1 to ∅32 mm and lengths up to 200 mm.

What file formats do you accept?

We accept STEP (.step, .stp), IGES (.iges, .igs), DWG, DXF, PDF, and STL files. 3D solid models (STEP/IGES) are preferred for accurate quoting and DFM analysis.

Do you offer 5-axis machining?

Yes. Our 5-axis simultaneous machining centers can produce complex geometries in a single setup, reducing lead time and improving accuracy for multi-sided parts.

What's the difference between Swiss-type turning and conventional CNC turning?

Swiss-type lathes use a sliding headstock with a guide bushing that supports the workpiece close to the cutting tool, minimizing deflection. This enables high-precision machining of long, slender parts with small diameters (∅1–32 mm) that would deflect on conventional lathes.

What is the typical lead time for CNC machining?

Prototype orders can ship in as few as 3 business days. Production runs typically ship within 5–15 business days depending on part complexity and quantity.

Do you offer DFM (Design for Manufacturability) feedback?

Yes. Every RFQ includes a free DFM review. Our engineers evaluate your design for machinability, suggest tolerance optimizations, and recommend cost-saving modifications before production begins.
